And here it is October,, so it looks as if i'm posting maybe once a month. I've found lots of great tutorials for sewing and here is one that i actually finished. The first is a basic purse using a tutorial from creativelittledaisy at typepad. I haven't figured out how to add links ... another day another time.

And i'm back to work

Well,, about two months ago I decided to start my own blog after being imspired by so many other blogs that i've been reading. And then I got stuck,, didn't know what to do or how to do it.
And then about a month ago I fell and broke my ankle and have been off work since then. I finally made it by to work yesterday for a little while and today it looks like i might make it the whole day. I had dreamed of haviang time off to sit around the house and do crafts and maybe clean house and stuff,,, but it's no fun when you HAVE to be there and you CAN'T get up and get around and do for yourself. Even though it was nice and a blessing to spend so much time with my husband (although i'm sure i pushed him to his limits some days)... and I'm extremely grateful to him and my children for taking such good care of me ,,, so I made day two.. we'll see how tomorrow goes... Bye ya'll..

Okay, so here it goes,, I don't know what the heck I'm doing. I've seen some really cool blogs and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get all this stuff on my blog. But in case I ever do figure it out,, I'd just like to share a little bit of my country world with ya'll. Simple and Satisfying!!
I love to do crafts of all types and recently pulled the sewing machine out again to try some of the projects that I came across while reading different blogs. I'll post pictures as soon as I figure out how to do that. Until then,, Have a great day ya'll!
