Trash to Treasure - Greeting Card holder

I saw some Christmas decor over on thehappyhomebody lovely blog that I thought was so cute ,, so I picked up this block of wood( a.k.a. -- trash )out of my daddys yard and made this. This is not the exact piece of wood but one just like it,, I'm gonna make my mama a cardholder with this one. I have it sitting on top of the fridge right now, not sure where it will end up though. Thats my trash to treasure for this week,, head on over to Diane's place for other trash to treasure creations!
